Welcome to my recipes (or HELPINGS, naturally!).

Food is fuel. It’s what will keeps you going throughout the day and what gives you that fabulous glow. All my helpings (i.e. recipes) are free from dairy, wheat and refined sugar, just because it tends to work well that way for people suffering from intolerances, allergies and other health issues. You’ll also notice that there’s a heavy emphasis on facilitating digestion, yes – the sexiest topic in the world. But the thing is: your stomach and intestinal challenges have a massive impact on your body and you mind. When you eat better, you’ll also feel better. And that’s the whole reason why I started developing recipes that would help me, and not work against me.
