I actually thought about publishing this recipe for a long, long time before I did it - simply because it felt a bit too simple. But then again we probably agree on the fact that simple is better. So here it goes.

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone
2. Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice into each half
3. Top off with sprinkled sea salt flakes and ground black pepper – enjoy
