Finnish-born Stephanie Seege grew up with a long list of seemingly incurable chronic autoimmune diseases, allergies and eczema that radically limited her life for nearly three decades. Finally, she changed both her diet and lifestyle, and her experience laid the foundation for what would eventually become HELPINGS.
Stephanie started developing recipes free from dairy, gluten, eggs and refined sugar to produce tasty alternatives for people with restrictive diets. She self-published a hardcover cookbook, The Book That Changed My Life, with 70+ recipes in three languages sold across Europe, Asia and North America. The initial HELPINGS online platform featuring recipes and remedies (launched in 2016) soon evolved into a much broader brand.
